A good photographers knows where to look :) What a great expression on his face and what a great capture. I might try even a tighter crop.

What a great shot! I really love the clarity and the details that really stand out as a black and white image as opposed to if it were in color.

I like your shot here Ian, you've got photographer's expression and style. Good controled of available light so you can got more details from subject and how do you handled in post processing particularly in over exposed area. Maybe you can level down brightness in his hand so we can focus to face, Regards Achmad.

Thats very good snapshot dear Ian. I did the same in a same place too! Hehehe, many people on Bosphorous round trip ferries, all capturing their joyful time! Current shot is so much pleasant. expression on his face is great. Like the black and white version you submitted. Maybe a white border adds some more to it. Cheers, Mehrdad

Hi Ian. Good portrait work, very well done in B&W. Beside you very well captured here an expression on this man's face. Maybe only I wouls prefer to try to remove these darker areas which are situated between lens and the righr frame. Well seen. Thank you for sharing. Regards, Michal.

Sharp and interesting image that has worked well as a B&W. Facial lines work well as a point of interest. Background has been well handled.
