Nice photo of the street "shop". I was also thinking about the boy in the background. Shallower DOF and everything would be ok. But if we consider the boy in the background as a part of the story (what you suggest and I find it quite ok) than a different composition is needed.

Hello Mato, not only the boy, also the other peoples. He is sitting on the street.. Maybe a less DOF was better. Kr, Jan.

I like everything about it except the boy in the background. He is a major distraction to an other wise fine local portrait. He competes directly for the viewer's attention.
