birds in flight always amaze me and when I see an action shot like this one of yours, I am awed...great details in the birds, maybe some light lacking on them, adding some selective contrast would help.....
overall great image!

interesting shot, almost like the birds shadow, this shot is a bit dark too, and a bit of selective sharpening, but overall a fine photo.

Thanks, Sebastian. Interesting point, and apposite that we make a verb of that word "shadow" - particularly up at this Hokkaido site where the crows are so prolific!

Lovely click on time to get both of them to gather .. I mean crow and the eagle .. nice panning , lovely angle of view and tech .. colors and details are sweet .. composition is well done .. a sweet action shot dear John :) best of regards.. JOYIA

Thanks, dear Joyia. I was wondering if this shot might have been better without the crow in there? There are so many of them in Japan, and they are clever and fearless, often giving these eagles a hard time AND spoiling a photo opportunity! Glad you like this. Best regards, John.
