I really like this shot, it is well framed and well executed. I think the earrings are fine as they are obviously what she chose to wear that morning. I do think a bit stronger flash would have been better, also, the pink strap from what I believe is her handbag, that is a bit distracting.

Really nice shot. Beautiful, natural looking girl and great expression. The picture could have used a higher setting fill flash to eliminate some of the shadows and really make those eyes pop. I want to be as brave as you to go out and do the street photography so i can even appreciate the busy background. It adds to the reality. Nice!

Nice eyes contact and play of light and shadows on your model's face, also giood idea with use flash lamp. Beside expression on face is nice and natural. However right side of background looks a little bit too busy, because there are some people out of the focus, and it is distracting a little bit, but looking on it from the other side, this is a street scene. Maybe only I'm not sure about these earrings in ears. Well done. Thank you for sharing. Regards, Michal.
