I like the contrast with the background, makes the subject jump. Although I would have liked to see the flower a little sharper.

Nice light captured on petals. However in my opinion sharpness on petals looks a little bit too soft. Buy I nderstand that it was your intention here to compose this photo as it is. Vertical composition works well here. Well seen. Thank you for sharing. Regards, Michal.

Thank You Michael. Yes, I wanted to give this a bit of a soft look. As it looks like a soft delicate flower on the stalk.
