Brilliant sharpness (at the edge of appearing oversharpened actually) and tones. I like the shot's intensity coming from the direct eye contact and expressivity of the pose. Reflections on the two background bowls appears too hot, and I'd crop out the bright line near the left border (probably a reflection as well). Very nice worker portrait!

a Good portrait, in beautifulk black and white. Good lighting, the contrasts looking good, great sharpness too. Great eye contact and expression.The view is made in a fine composition.

Excellent portrait work, Dena, you very well captured here expression on this man's face. Beautiful work in B&W. Cropping this image into a square format works well here. Maybe only I would like to suggest you to try to add a little bit more brightness for right side of photo, and eventually try to clone out this white area near the left frame on the middle, this is my suggestion.
