The roads ends here, and there is over 100 miles of beach, free of vehicular traffic, except for those brave enough to risk getting stuck in the sand. I have seen 4x4 jeeps, and trucks, stuck up to their door handles.

Dear Paul! I did not agree with all the Kev's comments . At first glance the landscape is characterized by regular grass as a fairly normal. But upon further inspection, we see that the snow, or sand. And we understand that this place is quite unusual. In my opinion, the image creates the desired emotional impact. Maybe the color of the picture must be corrected/ with best wishes, Nikita

Nikita: Thanks for the View, and the Critique. I should stop doing my post processing on this SONY VAIO laptop, until I calibrate the color on it. How's that for an excuse? Thanks again. Paul

Nikita; Your critique was very useful. The color is off a little bit. I know the monitor on my laptop computer is less than perfect. But I continue to do my PhotoShop post processing on it. I know. The definition of a fool, is someone who continues to make the same mistake over, and over again. Thanks again. Paul

Hi Paul, thanks for sharing....I personally don't think this shot is working, firstly you describe the vastness of this wilderness but unfortunately the photo is not showing us this message at all well, my eyes are trying to look around the grass which feels in the way to me, certainly not adding a strong compositional element. There is also a unpleasant color cast over the shot, probably from the scanning, but this needs some adjustments. Hope you find this helpfull, cheers, Kev.
