Hello Reza. Thank you very much for your very kind comments. Yes, this cathedral was designed symmetrically, but without a tripod, going for symmetry in a place this expansive was a guarantee for for failure. So I did the next best thing. I took the shot purposely not to be symmetrical. Sometimes that works. All my best regards, Michael.

Hello Bohuslav. When I had first walked into the cathedral, I had no idea what I was going to see. Had I know it was going to be this magnificent, I would have brought my tripod, my 5d mark II, and my 20mm prime lens. But on this day, I was playing tourist, and had a nice lens, the ef-s 17-55 f2.8 which is a great walk around lens, with image stabilization that allows me to take shots as slow as 1/10 sec wiithout llosing too much sharpness. Thanks for your kind comments. Michael.

Very impressive image of the interior, great colors, well exposed and composed as well. Good sharpness and clarity, did you shoot it at f/2.8 as indicated in the exif ? Well done congrats ~ Jarek.

Thanks Jarek. Yes. f2.8. Of course I did not want to shoot at that aperture.... but it was so dark in the Cathedral, I needed all the light I could get.
