I think the use of HDRI was appropriate here - I think that you want to retain detail under the overhang. I do find the HDR processing a bit heavy - the halo around the building, for example. There is a bright line as well which is probably from agressive sharpening - you need to reduce that a bit. This is all about fine detail, but don't scream at me, let me see it for myself.
The backward tilt really bothers me - there's enough that is tilted/off kilter in the photo without the additional keystoning you have here. I think you can mostly correct this with some careful PS work, but it would have been better to put the sensor plane parallel to the front wall of the building, then crop away the foreground.
Still, this is a good photo, evocative and interesting.

I think that the crop and composition are fine but the PP seems a bit harsh. At the bottom left a cloud looks burnt out and on the right there's a halo along the hills? The texture of the building doesn't look right to me, I'd say it looks over sharpened but it's not quite that. I guess it's something to do with the HDR. Mike

Wow, that building has character. I can hear the cold wind whistling around the corners from here. Always fascinates me to contemplate what kind of lives were lived in places like this. Great toning, but I would have cropped closer myself. Very evocative. I like it.
