There is potential here but, as it is, there are a few issues that make the picture unattractive and, thereby, uninteresting.

Aside from the lack of definition (very flat image with no contrast and/or shadows) the monotone makes it quite bland and boring. Add to that the very obvious halo (from oversharpening perhaps?) and this one is close to being really flawed.

Also...a catchlight? I don't think so. If you were using flash then the picture would have been much better exposed and, in a mist like this, the absence of sunshine would definitely rule that out.

A lot of things could be improved here: Composition because the subject is in the middle of the photo. Clarity and definition are really poor. B&W tones are too grey. I would like to see a colour version, but I think that exposition has some problem here. I do not know weather's conditions but the result is not interesting, in my honest opinion. Sorry and regards.
