I like this. I'm not sure what I'm looking at, and that's ok - it is an interesting vision of light and form. If I had to guess I'd say that you used a zoom effect on a funky chandelier. It worked, this is at once quiet and dynamic.

I'd tone down or remove the light shapes on the extreme left. The ones on the right can stay, they balance the mass of white coming down toward us, but the ones on the right interrupt the flow of the eye around the image.

Very strong and interesting image, great composition! Good use of diagonal and black and white! Perhaps the lights on the right and left side of the main diagonal could be dampened down a bit to emphasize the main direction.
