Nice little beast ! I love the texture of his skin. beautiful design! Good composition and sharpness. Excellent capture.

Very good photo you have taken Farzin. I agree last critique about a bit more deeper DOF to gain more sharp areas on the lizard while keeping background blurred. Of course the most important part is head and nose which has satisfactory sharpness. I also expect more data about camera and lens. Regards, Mehrdad

Well, I think you did well since I've taken shot of some backyard lizard before and none came out this good. The darker background helps a lot in bringing out the subject, as is the shallow depth-of-field. I also like catch-lighted eye which make the lizard much more lively. Just my opinion, thanks for sharing!

You got up close and personal with the lizard, Farzin. Wonderful shot. nice colors. Blurred background is good. Focus on the eye is great. Too bad that the depth of field isn't a little deeper so that the critter's back is in focus. Jim
