Interesting building and reflection, but the photo strikes me as too busy. There are too many competing elements in the photo to make it interesting.

There may be a microscopic tilt to the right.

I don't know if this photo will be help by a different crop, although I wonder how this building may appear in different times of the day when the lighting is at its most dramatic.
