Hey Dave, this is a very good thought and nevertheless perfect execution! I cannot relaly get what i am looking at, what kind of matterial this is, how it is standing and is that a cell phone on the dynamite? :) Anyway...the point is i find this a perfect shot, simple and very representing of a feeling we all have had at some point of our lifes. I love the reflection, the color and the composition!Everything. So well done. Hope you would drop by my photos and maybe give me a critique of yours in one of them. Cheers, Eleni

Well conceived and well executed. Exposure and DoF dead on. A heart with a built in time bomb - great idea! Not real sure about the reflection but doesn't bother me much. Shadows a bit problematic. Keep shootin' - Wayne

Very nice shot, well built. Just I do not like the curved reflection, I would say that the reflex is too sharp and big and distract me. Moreover, I would have kept the battery either out of view or I would have peeled the metal encasing, do you know that often they are a series on AAAA cells red? Probably a tone similar to your red...
