good attempt: colors are great + girl is interesting/pretty, technically her eyes are not as sharp as they should (compare the detailsrichness of the eyebrown with the sharpness of the hairstrains) - regarding composition more room on the left is needed - that part of her arm right below should be croped away - Klaus

Thanks Klaus, learned something everyday :) There was another girl on the left of the original picture. I wish I had have more room on the left which I could work on. there was big crowd of the National Day celebration, I was lucky have chance to catch this image in the crowd.

As a candid shot, you have the focus bang on, The colour of her top works well with the blurred background. However for 'Happy Canada Day' she doesn't look amazingly happy does she.

Also, her lower arm to the left of the image has been cut off, I can live with the right arm in the position it is, but I feel a little more time to compose the image would have worked in your favour.

Thanks for good advise, I'm going to try difference Crop as you mentioned above.
