I like this capture of the cattle egret Fric. The bird seems to be frozen in time. The details are good and the feathering is well captyred. Nice shot. Thanks. --- John

Great subject but a pity that one is largely hidden behind the other and there are branches in the way. Also half the foot of the nearest one is partially cropped. There is an overexposed area on the shoulder which you may get back if you shot RAW.

very nice subject , not seen very often. the composition is not that nice though, there are leaves and branches covering the subject and that's a bit distracting. and the focus is not that perfect either. thanks for share rgrds!

I appreciate the comments...one issue that seems to come up on here a lot is the issue of birds portrayed with foliage, branches, etc covering part of the bird.....actually I believe this can often add to the artistry of the image and would be interested in your opinion..thanks
