Hi Ben, this is a cracking shot, you've got the shutter speed spot on and good choice of filter too. Very well taken. Doug.

Well seen and good photographed, the colours and atmosphere are beautiful. Also the water-stream looks great. Therefore the lighting was well done. Horizon and rock with catle are at a good place for the composition.

I'm glad this photo is out of the norm of all other photos of Bamburgh, the ones with the shiny sand and the castle. Atleast you've tried something a bit different, because the place has been photographed to death, lovely nice pastile colours, the right shutter speed for the water, all in all, a good all round photograph.

Thanks James, actually to my shame I'd never even heard of Bamburgh castle and just went there on the off chance... I was amazed at how many shots there are of it once I got back home.

I really like the mood you're photo implies. Nice colors, especially the magenta tone gave by sunset. Maybe a little bit of contrast would help, but also could by my laptop screen too :) Cheers ! Emil

Hi Nice colours,I like the fact all the clouds are directed towards the castle. The sea is not too overdone, with the camera speed, just wish the castle was bigger in shot,it would give more impact.Ron
