I think, there should be two ways to settle the "composition" for such kind of picture, i.e., either leaving a mass of the empty space for the visual rest or to fill up the entire room with the pattern elements. However, the present job is acceptable with good sharpness, lighting, and even the DOF.

Thanks Pilot. I'll keep your suggestion in mind when I try something like this again. I appreciate the feedback.

Interesting subject and good close-up/macro of these unusual-looking eggs (compared to the US Easter eggs). I like the tight crop, but that empty space in the upper right bothers me. If you couldn't adjust the camera to complete fill the frame with the eggs, I would have asked the vendor if you could arrange them better for your shot. Good effort.

Charles, thank you for feedback. I have to agree with the empty space. I didn't know quite what to do with it. Cropping it out cut too much of the egg below it. But, maybe another crop is in order. Thanks again!

This is interesting for the texture but my eyes are little confused seeing at this, SEems there are too much visual tension not linked together and maybe you can solve that by replace the elements in a diferetn alignement and positions, Regards, Jean.

Hi Jean. Yes, it is pretty busy. That was, quite honestly, what attracted me to the eggs in the first place. But, I can see that it can be distracting. I still have the shot I cropped this from, so I'll go back and see what else I can do with it. Thanks for the suggestion and for stopping by.
