Nakean: this is a lovely, clean HDR that is very dramatic and well composed. it tells a story jusst as your title does. The colors are very effective also and lend to the overall success of the photo...nice sharpness too. I think this is a great HDR. Thanks---John

Hi, usually I don't like HDR images, but this one is composed nicely and thanks for it :) Composition in this photo is nice and the feeling is great. I like also how you succeed to take this without any moving objects like cars of people in the area.

Thank you very much! New York is a most difficult place to take photos without people or vehicles!

Hi Nakean, I love the image and love the title you gave ... you can sit there and just watch and watch and ... even better than a theatre.Good colours... however I have a little problem with those red one side and green on the other halo around your bridge pillars. It is a bit distracting... and the other main issue is your badly tilted horizon ... but altogether a very enjoyable shot,Thanks and best regards.

I see your point. I might have to try and layer a single exposure in some of these areas. The horizon was pointed out before. Thank you.

Hi Nakean, I like the perspective and also the tones, I think that this is a good hdr. However, I've a question: the images are hand-taked? Because some areas of the bridge doesn't seems sharp enough. I also think that a little rotation can be surely helpful because now the water look a little tilted. Best regards, Enrico.

It was taken with a Manfroto Pod. Doing a bit of experimenting with larger sizes as the 640000 is the largest allowed on the site. However, with the larger size I have to use less quality Jpeg compression in order to achieve the 360k Requirement. Ahh I do see the rotation...I'll have to check that out. As it stands the City scape and smaller bridge are the straight horizon.
