Attributing human characteristics to birds and animals is probably simplistic. But Eagles always look so determined, don't you think? Enjoy.

Hi Steve nice catch of the eagle good sharp focus on his head and beak were in counts.Nice postion of the wings but they could be a bit lighter to show the detail in them.

Good capture on the mean look of the bald eagle in flight Steve, good to see the branches behind that gives a good sense of the natural habitat of these animals. A little oversharpened on the eagle I think, evident from the halo around the bird. Still a good shot though lighting is not at the best moment for the details on the dark feathers.

Great shot of this eagle, Steve! Excellent focus and clarity on the head. I like the composition and don't mind the branch behind as it adds context. Just wish there was a bit more shadow detail on his body and under his left wing. Best regards, ~Jon
