Hi Filip,
great light, and brilliant tones/colours. Like the stiff pose and symmetric composition! I do think makeup is to neat, and kinda reminds me of mr. Incredible which is kinda shame because it takes the dark atmosphere out of the picture! Looking again it looks more like a caracter from greatest superhero movie of all times....Watchmen!
great stuff after all
thanx for sharing
regards
Claus

Interesting portrait. Lighting wise I would have loved to see some better light on his face. Maybe a gridded spot from high in front to give a pool of light in his face while underexposing everything else a bit? I thing the sidelighting from both sides doesn't really work with his eye makeup without some more light from the front. Regards, Martin

This is an excellent bizarre portrait, might be considered "high appeal". Like the lighting, colors and texture of the suit. Would have turned the subject to the left or right slightly which is pretty standard in portraiture.

Excellent use of light! I love the way it's being used to define the details of the jacket in particular, but also the texture of the collar and the model's skin. Props for the combination of Alice Cooper makeup with the conservative / salesman hat. The choice to use a reddish cast on one side plays well on this, as does the lighting from below. I really like the way the highlights in the eyes worked out from that arrangement. The overall brownish tones of the composition as a whole push it further into the 'creep' zone, and I like that too.
A few nitpicks: The background - something's going on with that in some places, like we're catching some detail / definition, or maybe it's jpg artifacts? Check out the area just above the shoulder on the red side. Also, I think it would be just a *nth stronger to fill in the areas between the arms and jacket at the bottom of the composition where the background shows through. Since it goes to black in the shadows there anyway, I'd strengthen that, making it more mysterious and possibly a bit more formidable. I do envision a bit of kicker just barely kissing the edges of the model's lower sleeves might have been pretty cool too.
All in all, very nice. It's 2+ for sure, very close to 3, but for the nitpicks, so I'm giving the full 3 because a little cleanup will fix that easily.
