Interesting, and I think you can make it much, much better. The park bench, the bicycle, the road sign, and the red light are all very distracting. Try cropping on the left at the rear of the dog, and balance out on the right so that the path is in the center of the frame. Then crop bottom and top to balance it. Then you'll get a very interesting photo of a woman walking toward a path, and an interesting contract between the woman's red coat against a monochrome scene.

This is truly a wonderful shot. It has mood, depth, and tells a story. The red coat is a great contrast in an otherwise bleak setting of stark leafless trees against the fog. Well done.

I love this picture message. Good DOF. I would crop a little on top since too much trees and light is a little distracting from main subject.
