When I look at this, I think of the slow changes that have occurred to the land over hundreds of years, and of others who have stood in the same place. Thanks for your input. Added contrast per critique suggestions. Thanks for your input.

This is so much better than most "moving water" pictures, which overdo the exposure and end up with white blurs that don't look like water! You caught just the right amount of motion. I'm not a real big fan of b&w for nature shots, and I sure wish I could have seen this in color, but as an artistic expression, it's excellent. One nitpicky little thing -- If it were my photo, I think I'd lose the stark white border. If I really felt the need to border it, I'd pick up one of the off white or grey tones in the water.

This photo has a lot to speak about but i will say that the photo sends off a calm feeling and that it looks like an art picture.
