This is a pretty scene, but the foreground is much too dark. The horizon is also tilted down a little to the left. There are a lot of little things you can do to improve this shot (I'll get to them) but the main problem for me is the straight path in the foreground that apparently ends at a stone wall. (It probably doesn't, but that's the impression.) I think you would have done much better with a POV that lets the path wind off into the distance.

Now the little things. I would lighten the foreground quite a bit, maybe increase the saturation a bit, and crop off about half of that cloud on top. A little boost to the contrast wouldn't hurt, either.

But find a different POV.

I think had you turned inland slightly you would have got the path guiding the eye into the photo at a more dramatic angle, similkarly if you had tilted down you would have lost some of the sky and again added to the drama.
