A very good shot, well composed. A little more DOF would have made it much better - maybe focus back to the bottom fins. At first I thought there may be noise but now I am thinking that it may be reflection of particles on the glass. Shooting through glass at close range is a science into itself. You did a great job of capturing the face and especially the lenses of the fish eyes.

Good sharpness at the right place, I like it. An unuseall shot. The lighting is well done, nice composition too. But it's a bit noisy, that's a pity.

Good focus on the eyes. Not sure I like the DOF... I would have liked more of the fish in focus. With digital capture I always have issues with the color of the water. Always seems unnatural to me and I have not found a solution. Also would have tried to get the fish a little more off center. I know that is easier said than done
