I captured this picture of these ladies working on repair of an old painting in a very old palace in Isfahan, Iran. What do you think?

This is an interesting picture. I don't know what physical limitations exist here but I would prefer the picture to be framed a little better (complete or at least square). I am not sure whether the subject of the shot is the painting or the women. Making that decision might guide you as to the focus and/or composition.
