This is a combination of three exposures in an attempt to capture the lights at various locations on the dam, and also some details of the bridge to the right of the photograph. Each exposure was shot: 18mm; ISO 800; 1.6 seconds; f/8. The only difference was a minus 1/3 stop exposure compensation, a plus 1/3 stop, and a normal exposure, as judged by the camera's meter.

From the Np. Too bad this went under the radar, it's a cool shot. That purple light contrasts well with the rest of the photo and certainly makes it more eye appealing. Perhaps if you would have composed more to the right it would have had a different effect on the shot, but otherwise, this looks well done.
