An interesting take on the harbour. My initial impression was that it was too busy and too light. I like the use of the rock and wooden structure in the foreground, but not the inclusion of the railings of the jetty that sits on the horizon and partially obscures the houses. The crop also feels a little tight on the LHS of the frame. I think a polariser would have helped reduce some of the glare off the water's surface and saturate your colours more. The sky wasn't helpful either and you have some detail loss with the blown out areas on the houses. As it is local to you it would be worth a re-visit with a focus on the houses. I am familiar with this location and recognise that it is not easy to get a pleasing shot out from it. TFS.
