I am not usually a big fan of landscapes, but great technique on this one. I love how the movement of the water drwars you right in. I am assuming it was a fairly fast shutter speed in order get the sun nice and orange and withough blowing it out. If so, I am wondering how the water ended up blury? Bravo!

Great shot, the lead in line caused by the retreating wave really works well. Good comp & timing. Agree that the horizon looks slightly tilted to the right, but that's easy enough to fix.

Hi Chip, congratulations for this excellent shot, showing this well-known place from an unusual angle. The composition is really perfect, as is the timing. The only thing that I might have corrected is the horizon. For me, it looks like it is tilted to the right. Regards Aender

Excellent all around Chip. The leading lines of the waves all the way to the setting sun are wonderful. Very well captured and presented landscape photograph.

Hi Chip, This is a beautiful beach sunset. The golden brush kindda type of reflection from the left bottom running along the fading wave adds the moden mood to it. just not quiet confortable with the radiant (spark) light coming out form the sun. Jobwell done. I really enjoy it! Charles
