Hi there! The first thing caught my eye is overexposed window on the left side of the photo. It really pins my eyes. You could sidestep few steps left and avoid that window. Second, the face expression on the far right mans face. You should have tried to capture expression same as the others, it would suite more. I don't understand why you used F/8 because the background isn't so interesting as main subjects are. Blurred background details would look great. Best regards!
