As my Boy Raphael tells me when he se this photo Raphi cat!. I used natural light from the left of the face, a flash with umbrella from the right and a hair flash from the left. In PS I used a number of gauss blur with decreasing opacity on a selection of the skin. Hope you enjoy it.

I think you got some really good clarity on Raphi's face, nice detail in hair and eyes. I would rather see more of the child and less of the cat. Nice photo, thanks for sharing.
