Interesting play of colors and shapes. This has an inviting character to it, and the eye just naturally wanders. This can be both good and bad, depends on the overall interest and emotionality of the image. In this case, I think I would have decided on at least one object to make my point of attention, one object to be the main subject, and built around that. And that object could have been the whole facade, just better defined. Achieving that may have involved moving closer (or cropping) and losing the balcony level, or going vertical to catch the first level and balcony fully in tact, either way creating a more comfortable whole. As presented, the balcony windows seem randomly cut off, so they're neither in nor out, and create a major distraction. I'm not sure what perspective change might make more (or less) of the lamp and stairs at left, but they presently seem a tack-on, further distracting from where the eye is intended to be drawn. Street shots always are difficult. You've capture both grit and humanity of the genre, but lost something on composition and interest. Keep shooting, they'll be there. Thanks for sharing.
