Amusing image, Andres, and really your idea about Mars seems almost believable... even if I've to admit that looking at this yours I'm thinking to a strawberry's icecream...

Joking a part... I like it, it's an interesting intuition about shapes and colours, and a final pleasant result. Ciao!

Dear Maria Teresa. I am glad you like the surface of mars. Who knows years ago people thought that the moon was made of cheese. Mars can be made of strawberry's ice cream :-)
Thank you for comment. Best - Andres.

I like this kind of experimental abstracts, and paint surely is a great subject .. the colour combination and patterns look great, the textures keep the eye wandering around !! Peter

Clever shot, IMO. Excellent texture, nice sharp detail with nice light as well. It's an effective composition under abstract indeed. Regards.

Hello Andrea. The satellite use solar energy to move from one side to the other. Unfortunately, it move so fast that couldn't take a picture of earth yet :-)
It looks like the crater area can be seen in different ways and depends on the viewer. Luca see a Dog, you see a hog and I see a bear. At least all of them are mammals. But you are right, I haven't see a pink dog or a pink bear :-)
Thank you and take care - Andres.

Dear Andres,
This Mars surface shows me the head of a dog: I believe that an abstract pic should give the viewer the freedom of intepretation.
I always go around to look for surfaces like this one but I am not so lucky or I am not so good in viewing these opportunities as you really are very able to do.
I'd suggest, but it is my personal taste, to flip horizontally the pict and then to crop it a little from the new left side: I know, it is a different image but I am too catalyzed in viewing the head of the dog.
Good fantasy, as usually, and good shot.
Thanks for sharing.
Luca

Hello Luca.
I did notice the head of something but I didn't realize that it was a dog. I think that I was embedding in the cosmic series :-)
By doing the changes you suggest the dog profile becomes more evident. Thank you for your good eye and great suggestion.
Regards - Andres.
