I’d like to see the top trimmed to eliminate the unnecessary background, the curves adjusted oh so slightly, the border removed and the image hanging on my wall. What more can I say! What a fantastic image. Prime example of an image speaking one-thousand words. Thank you so much for sharing!

The composition is near perfect, capturing a scene that appears to be quite simple and even repetitive, with a perfect twist that completely draws attention and makes one think on what the child is looking.
However, for the kid to be perfectly detached, you would have to crop a little bit on top, to eliminate the end of the prayers, and also the one head standing up. Also, I think that you need to work on the curves/color balance a bit, to bring more punch to the image.
Anyway, congratulations on the excellent eye for detail - looks like I'll be browsing your gallery now :)

Amazing shot Yusuf! Lost in the crowd... That's how the little boy looks like. Excellent composition, Sharp and clear. Amazing photo! Regards! Yechiel

Dear Yusuf,
When I saw the thumbnail I immediately loof for a face or a standing person nut I was able to see the kid only after opening the image. So this image comes up to my expectations.
I believe it needs a little crop from the upper border in order to cut away two disturbing faces and just a little more saturation.
EDIT: I forgot to write that I like the position of the kid in the lower right corner. It seems to be squeezed by the praying men.
Good shot!
Thanks for sharing.
Luca

Surely an involving and interesting scene, Yusuf, and I like your intuition about the potentiality, also of the meaning, of this scene.
Maybe a slightly different composition, with some more of bent backs around him, could be better, but the idea and the intuition are really good. My best regards.

A striking shot. My only suggestion would be to crop the top slightly to remove the images and the one face visible in the photograph other than the little boy's.

Hello Yusuf.
Very good picture. The kid really jump into my eyes. Good eye and good moment to capture. I think that a crop (~1/4) at the top will benefit the image. First to get rid of the "horizon", second to remove the people facing the camera and, third to create a better balance. It is a shame that the kid is to close to the edges (right and bottom). A little bit more space in both directions will give you an excellent result.
Regards - Andres.

PS: Just as an idea, have you tried a black an white conversion?

Very interesting photo. If I may suggest, I would crop some of the top and highlight the kid more.

Not bad. Very controversial subject matter. Sometimes photographers just have to shoot what they see. Good color overall. I like how the boy steals the show! Sharpness, DOF ok.
