This is not an aerial shot but was taken from the top of Mount Sabz-Nala. Sabz-Nala means Green Valley. It is situated in Jaghoori--Ghazni, Afghanistan. The green valley is on the other side of this mountain range while CheilBaghto(40 Garden) in the front that can be seen from this overview point. Our POV was nearly from the top of Shamshair Sang (Sword Stone). I will post other picture showing the Sword Stone as well. A part of the highest mountain Khakraiz(Sand Fall) can be seen on top right.

Thankyou for explaing this photo - it helps to understand the landscape. I like how the green vallery leads the eye into the picture. there are a couple of witish lines in the top left corner. Maybe it was taken through a window?
