I have a problem with the compositon in this picture. The two sides seem in competition rather than harmony. On the left are the well defined silhouettted trees, a bright early sunset-like sky and the brightly lit area of water. On the right the sky streaks (which although they have to, don't seem to quite match with the bright streak of water) and much softer, less distinct, hills and water. I'd be inclined to crop the left side about in the middle of the bright water leaving an image that flows more from bright to dark and from distinct to soft.
