A very nice image. Being a bass player I guess I can appreciate this more than some others. This shot could be change many ways. However since you took it and like it then it seems fine for what you wanted. I would have liked to see a bit more detail in focus, perhaps all four strings, or perhaps one entire string. But the shot works well. There is enough detail and yet it is different enough to be abstract. Overall a very good photo! Mark

Mark - thnaks for your time and critique - much appreciated. I will be posting some other bass shots - I've just had finished a Stratocaster series - I see what you mean about the focus and appreciate your ideas, but it's just that I seem to have hit this style which i like and will probably continue with = for good or bad! Good luck with the bass playing.
