Hi,

it is alwayts very difficult to create inm a close up also a kind of extra composing dimension

It is here that the pohotographer has to have a very good sense of selection of angle, cropping, and selection of actual piece.

You managed to that very well.

In fact the slightly curved separation between the left en right of the wingtips{?} did the trick, bij placing it in this way in the frame.

Vere well done indeed. Sometimes just one litte thing does the complete imagery!!

Yours

Rien

This has a wonderfully combined sense of light, color and detail. The soft light seems ideally suited to the easy angles of the feathers and their details. Nature has arranged them so beautifully for us. To think, such beauty can fly as well! Bob

Very nice image! Could almost do as an abstract. Great colors and focus. Beautiful!

What a great shot! As my eyes go funny looking closly at all the lines in the feathers I can't tell if the focus is dead on or not! The DoF might be shallow as indicated in the lower left and far right - I might like to see more definition there. Nice job -- great colors and a catching crop.
