Lighting and subject matter all suberb.
Th pose does not gel for me. One would not use a hammer with your thumb along the back of the handle - that would just be awkward.
If you look at the position of the hammer, his elbow and the chisel in his hand it would seem almost impossible to strike the chisel from there.
IMHO someone who really uses these tools would sit like one would when doing the work. The unlikely grip and positioning detracts from the authenticity of this shot.

The strange is that only the lightings aren't real while the man uses really the hammer :)Thanks

This is a good work, with the standard taste of cannon lens. But I hope to know how does the lighting was arranged, because the vunue of this photo is not out-door. Maybe my judgement is not right?

Nice going Gelso. Your last 16 critiques (out of a whopping 28 total) have all been to Stefano and they have all been 3TU. Care to critique anybody else?

Here you have caught a craftsman in a great position. Exelent photograpic tecnique. Framing, lightning, sharpnes, all is great. The best of all is that this looks like a real situation, not created by the photographer.
Regards Tobben

Superb shot. The lighting is perfect - very well done. Composition is also very good. Your subject is what really makes this stand out. Very nice.

Stefano. I would love to critique this wonderful image but ... only 18 critiques written while you have posted 121 images! If everyone did that this site would fall on its face. I hope you will consider giving as much as you receive. And to images that need improvement too (all your critiques give 3TU). :)Robin

It appears if his friend Gelso submitted more, he would critique more. Those two seem as tight as our friends G, R, A and I.
