Where is the "dreamy" aspect of the picture? She needs to look somewhere else BUT the camera to make for a dreamy look. Also, I would add some more soft-focus to the face, perhaps diffuse it in PS.

Beautiful shot! Nice color choice on the background. Pose and crop are great. Highlights in her eyes are wonderful. The DOF is a little shallow for me- I'd like to see all of her face, forehead, bridge of nose, in focus. Thanks for sharing!
