Other than the "veil" going right down the middle of her right eye and the harsh shadows, it's not too bad. I also think her left arm is distracting. A nice pic showing that us airman are relatively normal outside of work. I think civilians have a tendancy to think we march around with guns all day and we don't. We go to work, come home, and be normal like everyone else. Ideas on other photos if you want them, just do some other shots framed a little looser with her blues in the background. Just an idea.

Nothing about her suggests the air force. Am I missing something significant?

I think the focus is a bit off. The flash threw a harsh shadow on her face from the veil. The main concern is her left hand, which is cropped badly. Other than that she is a very attractive girl and seems to be very comfortable with the camera. Good work.
