Ingredients are there, but it's not a 100% successful photograph in my opinion. I think that this is due to the bland background (relatively uncluttered but rather grey-ish in tone) and to the lack of proper lighting showing the details of these beautiful costumes and masks. Lack of sharpness on the flower is also a bit disturbing.

Background is quite clean, yet it should have been more blurred IMHO. Longer focal length and/or shorter DOF would have helped when you shot this. Now the photo is done you can try some photoshop postprocessing but I doubt the result would be the same. Anyway an interesting photo, it deserves some time to adjust it. Just my 2 cents.
