A fine picute. I really like the use of the dark space. I can not quite explain it, but this one somehow has the right harmony to make this one work well for me compared to the other one. I am slightly bothered by the cut chair, making the woman almost fly in the air.

Hi kiarang. Another excellent composition, realy effective in framing and uniquness of model. This shot strongly reminde of the painting of Vermeer.I dont know why.Perhaps for the kind of its lighiting,or spiritual mood of your model.I told you,in this jenre(work with model)you access to a special style for framing and lighting.I want you in the same time have a more control of the face of model, especially in expressivness, and direction of glance. Most photographers are inattentive to this.Best Regards. alia9

A very pleasant shot. I like the dark empty space in front of the model makes the composition very strong and original. I'm just wondering about the cropped chair.

Kiarang, I struggled with the rating on this one. On the one hand, I think the lighting is too dim (as was pointed out in the other critiques). On the other hand, that's kind of the point you were going for...darkness associated with loneliness.

I didn't like the cropping, but the more I analyze it, the more appropriate it becomes. The addition of "blackness" looming over her emphasizes your point of loneliness.

Your model is barefoot, as if she has no place to go and therefore no need for shoes. Again, loneliness.

Your model cradles cut flowers, which provide temporary beauty but soon wither and die. Loneliness.

My only suggestion would be to add a slight hair light so her hair doesn't blend into the darkness. Nice job on establishing the mood of your shot (purposely or not) with these subtle messages.

This one is better. I like the pictyure, but i stioll thing the lightening could be increase. Try to use a lighter surrounding. It could inprove the picture's brightness. I would also like the see the whole chair.

I like the cut of the picture. It creates the feeling of loneliness. The titel is Lone
The colours are smooth and intensive the floating edges betwen the hair and the background is fine. Shar enough, but not like a lasercut.

Pure "++" because of the work itself and the idea.

Kind regards
Florian

Awesome Lighting.. Love the composition I really like the skin tones and the warm colors The dark background also works really well here. I too dont mind that part of the chair is cropped. Well done.. let me know what you think of some of my recent additions. e

Very nice shot, I think the dark background works very well. I would have cropped a lot closer at the top, the dark area above gives it a strong feeling of loneliness. Or maybe that's just intentional? Wouldn't quite work with the "heavenly stories" motif, though.

i like the over the shoulder look. the chair cropped off i don't mind. but the lens, or angle your at make her legs look really short. her hair is a little lost in the background, and she's really tight on the side. i like the outfit, the flowers look good. the tones work well like this, though she could use a slight bump in contrast. i'd like her to be looking at the flowers instead of the floor.
