dissagree with the statement about it having meaning only for the couple ... it has great meaning to me, and i don't know them ... a fine image and well printed, well caught ... yes it is private, for me that's what makes it sooo real! i'm honored to have seen, to have partaken, in that moment ... it's not even my place to "see it all" ... i love it ... different people see different ways, that's what makes the world go around ... wonderful image .. don't change a thing, .. your eye, and heart took this image and moment with great sensitivity... it's a good one ... keep on making great images!

Very nice example for a lith print - technically perfect - IMHO too much space on top (would recommend a square format)

A lovely image...although a private one. I say this because we cannot see the (I assume)bride's face nor the groom's. This portrait will only have meaning for them...as most wedding pictures do. I like the fact that you've managed to capture in thirds the story. The top third being the building details...the curve of the enterance and the shadows or muted details of the trees in the area. The second third shows us the couple in embrace with the bouquet visible in her hand. We can also 'see' his emotion in the depth to which his head is buried into her neck and shoulder. The bottom third brings our eye to the Bible in his hand. The lith process does give atmosphere to this image but may have washed out some of the white in the flowers in her bouquet and her right arm. Still, all in all a very good effort. I would like to give this 3 green thumbs but the rating requires "Artistically and technically flawless" and I see some flaws that need addressing. So it's 2 green instead, sorry.

From here it looks very good, lots of details still in the whites, the black's are well defined in the photo, so although they merge the composition lets you clearly see what's what.
Good shot, good print
