Amazing photo, beautiful model and a great pose! I like the warm tone of the light and the angle of the shot. Perfect exposure. I find nothing to complain about...

I see expressions of challenging, stubborn and boldness on her. The idea of low camera angle is nice, but the sunlight seemed to have caused hotpots at her right. Background tree/landscape at the left is a minor distraction. I would have liked it better if the grasses were a bit taller to hide the background horizon/trees/landscape.

I'll pass it trough. It was only her fourth session and the first with me. But most certainly not the last.

Hey Joost, she is stunning! The linen summer dress gives it a timeless feeling. Very sexy and beautifully executed. The warm light has been well controlled and the expression works. I am just curious about the crop. Including more space at the base would have provided a stronger foundation.

I've shot it with more base but it only shows grass and doesn't improve the total image IMO.

Love the shot. Love the pose. Love her expression. What spoils this though is the harsh light on her face right arm. I would have waited a little longer for the sun to set a little more. Fantastic colours, wishing for a blue sky behind her though!

Waiting was not a real option because we had two sets of clothes to shoot in the warm light and it only was there for 35 minutes.

Challenging, strengthness, beauty... Are adjetives that can tell of this great image, Her expression is fantastic, and all the photo could be from a thousand years ago till today, great composition, u covered all details even her translucid dress and her leg exposed. I like the tones, colors and sun reflection that makes an halo in her face making it shine as a mithology godess. Joost, another great shot. Thanks for share. Have a nice weekend

wow what i a lovely image:) i am struggling whether or not to give 2 or three thumbs... looks to me like the quality might have been comprimised when reducing the size.. composition is stunning, perfect and very tasteful... gorgeous gold and white tones.. wonder what this wound have looked like taken in a wheat field.. it might further compliment the gold tones or could be too much... she looks like nicole kidman's daughter to me... great work, hope you make it to the front page... lisa

She is a real Kidman lookalike to me too. It was stunning to look at her and see Nicole over and over.

Very clean and refreshing shot. Beautiful model. I'd suggest decreasing the shadow contrast on the right side of the image - in particular her upper arm and perhaps the face just a little. Don't get me wrong, some contrast helps to maintain the "cool" feel of the shot along with the breezy wisps of her hair. I don't think you'd want to warm the entire shot by excessive right side lighting - just a little to get rid of really dark shadow. Depth of field and focus on the model are well done. Overall, excellent!

Thanks for your suggestion. This image was just a plain conversion from RAW to Jpeg. In the final image I might decrease the shadows.

I find the left side edge a little bright(especially on models right arm), but well exposed overall, also I like the strong expression/look captured on her face, and the wind blown hair and grass in forground is very nice.

I looked over your photos after I saw this one and they are amazing. THis one is no exception. Great use of light and color. I have a lot to learn from you when it comes to these types of photos. I love the angle from which you captured this one too.

Great shot and lovely model. I am not so happy with the dull sky and soft rear landscape. You might want to set your fill flash to a -2.5, or use a silver reflector.

Aha, the dull sky was actually there but I'll consider to give it more blue saturation.
