I would have to agree with Herman. The eyes are distracting. I would like it a lot better if it were all B&W. I think it would still show your "mystery" in B&W but I guess it's a personal preference.

sorry, but i don't like the way the eye has color. It distracts from the photo. This girl is nice looking but the mystery you see is only for you by knowing her. I don't see it. But there are some good things too, like use of light to the visible parts of her face and the black and white is something i like too in this photo's.

i think mystery in this picture is more of a personal nature.
