nice expressive face, blurring to give a different effect on the top did not seem to work well with the idea.

I like the gray range of the midtones. Also, the exposure and lighting is great. It really looks like a calm, candid moment,
I'm a little on the fence about the blur effect--I think this would be a 2T without that. I would also like to see a bigger copy of this--the small frame doesn't quite do her justice.

Good moment and expression captured. I debated about your choice of bluring effect to draw focus to her eyes... I think the effect itself works, but the light part in the lower right corner detracts significantly from her face. I might try selective darkening/burning this light region, and lightening her face a little to draw the focus where the subject matter is. Also, I think the checkered bracelet detracts a bit too--clone brush out, maybe. I think this is good work, nonetheless.

This is lovely and soft with wonderful depth and dimension. It's pretty the way her hair blurs at the top and her face and arms come into focus. I think the bracelets are a distraction, though. I think it would have been more elegant without them. Beautiful just the same. (I agree, it is the checkered bracelet that is a distraction. A "simple" gold band on the other arm might pull the two braclets together.)
