This is very good, especially considering the high ISO. The noise in the image fits the muted colors and narrow depth of focus.
The one thing I'm on the fence about is the focus. I think this works as a soft-focus portrait, but here (on SIG) it looks like there is a focus point--midway on the bridge of her nose. Again, I can't tell with the high compression of the posted photo. But if there is focus anywhere, I believe it should be the eyes. The catch-lights in her eyes look fairly sharp, but her eyelashes don't. (I always look for the lashes).
Regardless, this is an excellent, unguarded moment that you have captured well.

Very nice photo, especially considering the lighting conditions. I like the composition. She looks very natural and relaxed with a soft setting all around her. You might try tilting the image slightly to make the brown object in the upper left straight. If only she had her eyes looking towards you more, a little more open. Still a nice, intimate image.
