I love the lines here in Your picture, the horizontal cloud line, shore and sea level lines, broken with the diagonal of pales. A perfect composition. Also the lights and shadows are really well balanced.
It is impressive, how a IR film can contribut to a photo, turning it into a piece of art. I love the atmosphere here. thanks for sharing.

The placement of the horizon, the diagonal, the exposure time rendering the waves exactly as blurry as they should be - visible as waves yet about to become "smoke", the wave to the left and the two waves breaking further out giving a perfect counterweight to the strong diagonal, the timber pillars whose thought out unevenness looks as if they were designed and planted for this purpose, which they are of course not. Even the cloud pattern makes you wonder if the photographer waited for days at this post for this shot. I came across this photo when I was searching the web for for "Heliopan infrared" to find aplace to buy one of this filters. Now I'm rushing to buy one. The picture simply could not be better.

I really love this photograph. I would like to have it hanging in my livingroom. (Really big!) I think the out of focus effect of the water and background (are those mountains back there?) gives a terrific surreal feeling to the pylons climbing out of the sand. I also love the soothing colors. This photograph looks and feels very 'other world-ly'. I am not a photographer myself, just an art lover, but I am really drawn to this picture. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

This is a very strange image, it gives an unique atmosphere that is very mysterious.
