Another shot from my colleauge. He aws absorbed completely in what he was doing on the computer and I liked his expression a lot. Comments are appreciated.

Nice sharp photo, interesting subject, good simple background. The photo seems very slightly blue. I think the flesh tones would dramatically improve if you reduced the blue very slightly. In Photoshop try Image/Adjustments/Curves, select the blue channel and pull the curve down very slightly from the midpoint. In Photoshop Elements, try Enhance/Adjust Color/Hue-Saturation, select the blue channel and move the midpoint slider very slightly to the left.
